Front door colour for a 1950s house

Can anyone help me out for choosing a front door colour for a 1950s house with little character or charm? It is currently dark brown wood with matching side panels and I need to decide this week

Ohh.. sounds encouraging. I haven’t actually seen any yellow doors in the flesh so it’s hard to imagine.

I have used a visualiser tool previously where you could upload designs onto a photo of your own front door. This was a few years ago but I can’t seem to find it online now. I’m investing far too much thinking time into this!!
