I'm new to mumsnet, so not sure if this is the right forum to ask in. I am thinking of converting my bungalow loft into 2 bedrooms, however having difficulty in finding an architect that could draw out plans and detail out the jobs that need carrying out in order to work out how much it will cost. Can anyone on mumnet recommend an architect in the Manchester area which is not overly priced. Also am i correct in thinking that an architect can also help me find the right professional builders to carry out the work required?
