Hi I wonder if anyone can help.
I am a leaseholder in a block of 8 flats, most flats are privately owned/rented.
We have a shared gated/locked car park.
The landlord (I think that’s the right term in this instance, it’s a housing association) has decided to appoint a private company firm to the carpark with 3 weeks notice and no consultation.
Is there anything I can do to stop this? In addition to my MP I have sent a letter to the CEO and estate manager but the response has basically been that they are doing it to reduce crime (news to me!).
I am concerned that this will devalue my property; we’ve never had parking issues the allocated space was included on my deeds.
Can anyone help?
