Anyone have any idea how much it is to hire a 6 yard skip? We are in the london/south east area.

Last time we looked into this it was around £450 once we'd taken into account permits etc, if you have a drive it can go on it'll be cheaper. SE London

Thanks @itbemay1, I think we no longer need to get a permit as the skip companies do that. Helpful to have an idea of cost.

Our was about £250 last year

Thanks @Mustbetimeforachange, that sounds a bit more reasonable.

Mine was £250 too but that's not London!

Ours was £256 for an 8 yard in the south east. A permit for thr toad was about £90 for 2 weeks on top if required, although they did the work you had to pay the extra

Road, not toad lol

Mustbetimeforachange · 13/08/2019 16:48

Ours was Greater London, without a permit. I've just double checked, it was £235

Elementalillusions · 13/08/2019 17:00

We had one a couple of weeks ago, it was £280 (no permit needed)

West Midlands, £216 for a 7 yard without a permit.
