We live in a 4 bedroom Victorian mid terrace house which only has one combined bathroom toilet, which is typical of the neighbouring houses. We'd ideally like to sell it once something suitable comes on the market.
Obviously, families looking at 4 bed houses are going to prefer having at least a second toilet, and I'm wondering if I've missed an easy way we could get one in? I've attached the layout the estate agent created when we bought the house. The soil stack is at the back of the kitchen, and the under stairs area has a door to the basement (which is both a little damp and about 3 ft high). Finally, not shown on the kitchen plans there's units/washing machine/fridge on the left hand wall.
Am I missing any obvious ways to fit in an extra toilet to make it more appealing to potential buyers?
TIA
