Access over neighbour’s property

My neighbours have new window cleaners who use a pole fed system. Last week whilst I was out my CCTV recorded them coming round to my front garden in order to clean the side windows. They didn’t knock to ask, just came round. The hose dragged across my plants and knocked some flowerheads off.
I have no objection to the neighbours coming on to my property to access theirs for repairs, but I don’t want this every 4 weeks. The window cleaner was stood inches away from my lounge window. I see it as him being lazy because they have a flat roof he could access to clean their side windows, or with the pole system he could access the windows from their property.
I don’t want to fall out with the neighbours but I don’t see this as reasonable. I am partly annoyed at him just walking around to access their house, dragging the hose with him, but I’m more annoyed at this being a regular thing. My dog would be disturbed by this if I am out.
Anyone been in a similar situation? Their previous window cleaner didn’t ever need access from my side.

Speak to your neighbour and tell them the window cleaners didn't ask and have damaged your plants. It's up to the neighbours to deal with their own contractors.

So your neighbours know he did this? They may be unaware. Speak to them and let them know you're not happy.

Thanks, yes I will speak to them. They may have gone to their caravan as haven’t seen them for a few days.
Just wondering if it would be unfair of me to say he can’t come on here every 4 weeks to clean their windows. I don’t mind when they need to access to repairs but when I speak to them i want to be in the right when I say I don’t want him to come round again

You don’t have to give access to window cleaners. They are not a statutory undertaking and they are not necessary maintenance. I would just say no.

Thanks BubblesBuddy. I will say so when I see them.
