What can I do to make my house sell?

House has been up for sale for 3 weeks and we have only had two viewings! What can we do to increase the possibility of viewings?

Is the towel rail rusty on the pipes on the bottom or is it just the picture that makes it look that way?

Bedroom 3 doesn't look like a bedroom, as others have already said.

It has covers over the pipes which are a bronze.. definitely could change them. Thank you for pointing then out!

I would put a table back in. I wouldn’t look at a house where I thought there wasn’t space for a table to eat at tbh.

To increase curb appeal I’d:-

1. Remove personal photos and items.

2. A vase of fresh flowers here and there.

3. Pots or baskets of flowers outside front door.

4. Remove clutter.

5. Re- evaluate your asking price.

It is a lovely house btw.

Have you checked what similar properties have sold for?
Is it overpriced?
It looks a nice house, quite old so that might put some buyers off.
Personally I don't like vast swathes of concrete/shingle etc.so if put some flower tubs out there.
The downstairs bathroom would put me off too and I would think that would devalue the property.
It's still very early days though so don't be too disheartened.

Lots of really nice things but things I don’t like are-
Odd paint and curtains in lounge, don’t really match with sofas,
Odd corner unit in kitchen (the white one)- makes the whole thing look a bit dated- I would take it down and instead have some shelves or a picture,

• no obvious master bedroom,
• front garden needs some plants,
• don’t like the shower curtain or the fake grass but those things may just be me!

I would also reduce the asking price a bit at this point.
