Induction hob and wiring question

Any electricians around?
DM is looking at a kitchen refurb.
She needs to sit down to cook theses days and has found a motorised rise and fall "table" into which, an induction hob can be fitted.
My understanding is that induction jobs should be wired in to the mains for safety and efficiency purposes.
Is it possible to mains wire something which will be moving up and down fairly regularly?
DD likes to cook too and he would use this at a more normal height IYSWIM.

Would coiled cable be the answer?

This company might be able to advise you.

Thanks, BreakfastAtSquiffanys.
That was the company who make the rise and fall table which she found.
They make the things but they do not offer any sort of fitting service.
I hoped someone with some electrical knowledge would be able to advise if what she wants is doable or not.
We'll keep looking.

Yes it's doable you would need flex rather than solid cable.

Thanks johnd2, that's helpful.
