Victorian or 50’s?

If two houses fitted the bill and were the same price, the only difference being that one was Victorian and the other one 50’s what would you choose?

I din't know they did terraced housing in 1950s

I’m in a late 50s terrace! End terrace but it’s a row of like 8. They have passages through to the garden for every 2 houses though.

Also they still have redundant fireplaces - built with a central chimney to heat diner, living and then the two main bedrooms. Not sure what the small bedroom would have done. Outside toilet and coal shed.

Hard to believe this was 50s really. But this was post war council build stock not fancy architect MCM designs.
