Kitchen is dark and no windows - how much time would you spend in the kitchen?
Garden is over-designed with bits of walls and gravel areas scattered around - i wouldnt want to sit out in it.
Massive rooms though.

I think I’d look to open put the back and put a sunroom on the side. Which starts to get expensive....

Have a look IRL before you start thinking about using more of the garden.

I know what you mean about kitchen access to the garden but if you have a big bbq then you could put drinks etc in the breakfast room.
