This photo is from the catalogue of the porcelain floor tiles we have chosen.
Kitchen will be more contemporary slab doors, but white U shaped units with blue central island.
Would this deep blue look good in a contemporary kitchen as this traditional one in the photo.

Anyone recognise the blue?

This blue may be Stiffkey Blue, F and B.

I have Hague Blue in my kitchen, which is darker. It looks gorgeous though.

Thank you.
The manufacturer does one standard blue but it's quite light, I think I would prefer stronger darker colour .
I know Hague Blue is very popular so it must be nice.

I'll go and compare the 2 shades you mentioned

Lots of blue around in the industrial look kitchens which also look contemporary to me. I think blue kitchens are really lovely.

I was wondering if it was Oxford Blue. Also interested in the floor tiles if you wouldn't mind sharing.

It’s too dark for Hague or Stiffkey Blue. Looks much more like F&B Railings.

Hi, I just wonder if you could tell me the make of the floor tiles in this photo, they are lovely.

Dulux Breton Blue is a very interesting smokey dark blue, I have it on cupboards! But it isn't bright in the least.
I think dark blues are very affected by light. They absorb a lot btw, and conversely in a sunny room can be darker than you dare, if paint of walls or the flooring worktop are light.
