Show me your teeny tiny bathrooms!

We've finally decided to rip out the old owner's monstrosity bathroom suite and choose everything brand new. I'm so excited to have a clean new bathroom with everything working and not giving me daily injuries!

So show me your bathrooms! Ours is minuscule, 1.6m x 2.4m Shock and I can't decide if we should do it in light colours, gloss white etc to make it look bigger or do we go dark and embrace the tiny cavern that is our bathroom??

We haven't got the cash to get it wrong so looking for some bathroom wisdom and hopefully some lovely MN bathroom photos!

Any and all advice welcome!

I love those tiles @neversleepagain, where are they from?

I will post mine in a bit, after I have cleaned it Grin.

Mine is tiny. A bath with shower over it, not quite enough floor space for a full size bath mat (ikea do a teeny one) loo and basin.

I have just redone mine. And am quite pleased with it.

But I can't afford what I wanted which was a luxury hotel look, and because of space issues it wouldn't have worked. So mine is a nautical bathroom, embracing my inner beach hut vibe.

It's white walls, tiles and woodwork (painted badly by dh), with beachy accessories. I like it, it's fun and looks clean and tidy and more spacious than before, which was dulux Egyptian cotton and bare walls.

I think with a small space you need light colours, and surprisingly the bits and bobs I have on the walls make it look bigger. I did debate an undersink cabinet but I couldn't find one I liked. I will hopefully eventually
be able to afford a new sink and unit in one. But for now I am happy with it.

Blvd they're from Tops Tiles. Fired Earth have some lovely pink tiles too which I only recently discovered.
