Do you think they go together ?
Neither of them look like I thought they would

I like them together, but I think you need a different toned white for the woodwork.

What do they look like in daylight compared with electric light?

I would put another coat on top of the SRP - that’s reading much browner than it does when it’s painted up properly. It’s definitely not a straight pink, but I love it. Peignoir has a very strong grey undertone so again doesn’t read as a true pink. If that’s what you’re looking for that’s great, but I wouldn’t automatically put the two of these together as their undertones are very different. Sulking room goes really nicely with a chalky warm white like Schoolhouse White or Slipper Satin.

I used peignoir in a north facing bathroom, it looks 'old lady lavender'. I regret it.

Interestingly have just seen a couple of schemes using these two colours with a strong dark grey, which seems to tie them together. If you were feeling brave dark grey woodwork looks great with SRP.

Yes, definitely grey and brown undertones, which is why I think it’s not working.
Will put another coat on
I wasn’t planning on doing the woodwork- it’s just to tart up the porch
I’ll check those other colours out
