A flat with no bath tub but a fab shower instead?

It's a small flat with two bedrooms. Would the fact that it didn't have a bath put you off buying if the bathroom had a fabulous shower instead? It needs updating and currently has an ordinary bath with shower over, and not room for separate bath & shower.

Just removed a bath from the 'family' bathroom and replaced with large shower with 'flat tray' Our teenagers don't ever use a bath. Neither of our sets of parents can manage the bath either when they stay. Made sense, we have a bath in the master suite.

Depends on your personal use/intended market.

Thank you all - much appreciated. I like the idea of a deep shower tray! I can see the logic of keeping a bath, but I also think that it's best to plump for something fabulous even though no-bath might put some people off. I hate clambering over the bath to have a shower, and only have a bath about twice a year. No-one else here does, apart from the dog. Now that would be a disadvantage, thinking about it!
