The oddest floor plan I’ve ever seen.

This house has just come up on my estate.
Not only is it over priced, in my opinion, and they have got the name of the estate wrong but would you look at this floor plan.

The scribble at the top is me covering up the road name.

What's the point of a floorplan without any dimensions on it?! Renders it mostly useless! Even worse when there's a listing with no floorplan at all.

But yes OP that is really dreadful. Wtf was she thinking?!

It’s one of these online Estate agents.
In fairness there are measurements in the description.
I’ve looked through other listings by the same agents and everyone seems to have drawn their own, but on a computer or at least with a ruler rather than scribbled on a napkin.

I’ve never seen a hand drawn one. Love the flourishes on the ‘North’. Why one 1930s fireplace gets such a big arrow and ‘cup’ for cupboard and the random ‘family’. It’s endearing. I like it.
