Living in Lincoln

Hi,
I’m looking to buy a property in Lincoln, as my daughter will be attending uni there.
Any suggestions on nice streets and areas greatly appreciated. I’m from Norfolk so don’t know the area at all.

We almost bought the most beautiful house on Monks Road in 2003 but although I fell in love with it and my husband had to wrestle me away kicking and screaming, in retrospect he was right. It hasn't improved much since then it seems. A friend who bought there a couple of years ago in the hope that it would gentrify quickly has just moved out to a village as she couldn't take it any more!

I know, such a shame. It will take time.
