Is this possible - putting bathroom in loft

We have a Victorian terrace which has a loft room converted by previous wonders which was used as an office.

It has a window but no former so not very big.

We could really do with a second bathroom.

Would it be possible to put a bathroom up there?

It wouldn't be a bath, just toilet, sink and walk in shower.

There is power up there but no plumbing currently so the boiler which is currently situated below would need to be piped up to feed it.

It's a new combi boiler and is big enough to run two bathrooms, so that's ok, but I'm wondering if we need to worry about getting pipe work up there and if there might be able weight issues

We put a bathroom on the 2nd floor of our Victorian house. Wasn't a loft conversion - was a 3 storey house in the first place and we took the space off a big bedroom, but in terms of plumbing there was none up there - well, unless you count radiators in the rooms.
In terms of weight bearing, it shouldn't be an issue as long as it was built correctly in the first place - lots of modern loft conversions have bathrooms.
