New internal glass doors - what sort of tradesperson?

We had a conservatory added to the house years ago and the window between the kitchen and the conservatory knocked out and the space left open. It's a 1.7m span.
It's lovely for most of the year but November to March it just sucks heat from the house. I've got thick curtains which improve matters but we end up keeping them closed a lot which isn't great.

Finally decided to get doors for the space, ideally I'd like French doors that each fold in the middle so that when opened (sunny days in winter) they fold back quite a lot into the sides, and I'd like them to be easily removable so that I can take them off and store them in the garage over the summer months.

What sort of tradesperson would I be looking at for this??

If you have to have them made to size and they're wood, then a joinery company.

There are door companies online that make what you have described. Some do installation also. If they don't install then you need a joiner or carpenter to fit them.

Thank you both.
I wasn't sure if I needed a window/door company or a joiner (given I want glass doors, albeit with a wooden surround not just glass).
I'll have a look for local joiners and also for doors online.
