We have bought a new house, which needs a complete remodel. The house is currently not the ideal layout and so we will be changing the layout as well as updating everything.

Can anyone recommend who is the most reasonable/good quality kitchen fitters?

We are looking for white/marble/traditional kitchen. Budget around £10k can push it possibly. I have attached pictures of inspiration!

Thanks!

Ikea have similar kitchens and they seem to last years before looking shabby.

@Sowhatifisaycunt fab. I have thought about IKEA as they seem to be reasonable, however I have heard that the quality isn't amazing. :(

We had an IKEA kitchen in our last home and it was actually decent quality! I wouldn't get IKEA to fit it though, I'd find someone local instead (We actually fitted ours ourselves in the end, it wasn't too difficult).

We've just ordered a kitchen for our current home and we went with Howdens in the end. We got quotes from Benchmarx, Homebase and DIY Kitchens (Online but have a showroom in Yorkshire) then got Howdens to price-match to the cheapest (DIY Kitchens). The best thing to do is to get quotes and designs from a few different places, see which you like and then either buy online from somewhere like DIY Kitchens or get Howdens to price-match it.

For context, our kitchen is costing roughly £13k in total - just over £4k for the kitchen itself (including new cooker, hob and extractor), £8k for labour (including raising the floor level, removing a wall, blocking up a door and adding a new window) and £1k on radiators. Our kitchen is 2m x 4m in size.

@ChocolateChoux Thankyou SO much for your message. This is really helpful. I didn't think about price matching it. I ordered a howdens brochure and their work looks lovely. Do you have any photos of your kitchen you would mind sharing? xxx
