How would you lay out and decorate this lounge?

Will be adults only, v bright and sunny room, will use to watch TV, read etc (evenings) don’t want to TV to dominate - might also entertain visitors.

@another, you're welcome!. Another quick idea which has just come to me....if you had a wall mounted TV, you could mount it flush with the front of the chimney breast, (so you could just see the screen), and when the TV isn't on, put on one of those 'Fireplace' apps that acts like a screensaver if you didn't want to go down the projector route, or already have a decent TV that you want to keep. The only problem with this is you couldn't watch TV and have a 'fire' at the same time, but it was just another idea to consider. HTH

As any fireplace would be decorative - and rarely used - wondered if anyone has experience of bioethanol fires?
