Re piping for central heating

Hi. Does anyone have an idea of how much I should expect to pay for new pipes throughout downstairs? All the rads downstairs are on small gauge pipes and I’m assuming that replacing them for standard width will help with heating costs (will also be swapping out rads for doubles) and help the place feel warmer generally.
The previous owners did upstairs so that’s not a concern.
I’ll also be replacing the entire downstairs flooring anyway soon so it seems the ideal time to do it.
It’s a 3 reception, kitchen and downstairs loo 5 bed detached to give you an idea of size and I’m in the South East if that matters.
Thanks in advance
