Please tell me what you think, good and bad? You can’t see but it has a porch and stairs in the living room.

Not really, hysterical. Prices in the NE have slumped since 2008. We recently bought our house for 4% less than the vendors bought it for, 3 years previously and for only 2k more than it sold for, freshly renovated, 13 years previously.
