Windowless utility room

Is this a bad idea? I'm not a fan of tumble drying so the room would constantly have washing air drying in it. Is it a recipe from damp/mould or is there a clever solution to prevent this?

I have a windowless utility and its been fine so far - we out in a very powerful extractor fan, we also have a dehumidifier (maeco low energy)
its great way to get everything dry!

We have a windowless utility.
We have a decent sized towel road in there so clothes dry pretty quickly
We don't have any mould and I don't smell any damp

So would you have the fan and dehumidifier on all the time?

Ours is in a windowless cellar chamber. We have a condenser dryer and run a dehumidifier in there. If it wasn't in a cellar I doubt we'd need the dehumidifier.

stick an extractor fan with a humidity sensor in there.

I'm planning to do this and my proposed solution is 1) extractor fan moisture controlled and 2) an electric towel rail/radiator so I can have heat in there even when the heating is not on. Or possibly a separate zone of underfloor heating but suspect the separate towel rail is simpler.

Agree with @Tulips2lips

We have one in our new house but we are putting a velux in for light and fresh air.
