How to make a new bathroom more stylish

We are just doing up our small bathroom eg bath sink and loo. All I can think of is tiles with a design on the top and then of course wall paint. The (empty) wall opposite the bath is already tiled in white and we do not really want to change them. Any clever stylish ideas would be greatly appreciated? I want grey and white colour scheme if poss and yes I will be putting in stylish accessories

I like a bathroom to be minimalist and natural so, in your case, to achieve a white and grey scheme I'd try to add some marble (or something that looks like marble) into the decor. That combined with some new, streamlined taps should look lovely with the white tiles.

You could add a big mirror witha painted frame or with dressing room-style lights around it.
We have a black and white bathroom with a decorative border of smoked grey and black glass mosaic tiles.
If you're on a budget, Primark do great grey accessories - soft bath mats and towels.

We've just done a similar sounding bathroom in white and grey and I absolutely love it. It's a very small room so we went for large white gloss tiles on the wall (30 x 60, laid horizontally) which cover the walls around the bath and shower (over bath), and then the back wall up to the window. The rest of the walls are painted white. The floor tiles are grey hexagons, and I asked our fitter to make a nice sort of skirting/border by halving these and laying along the bottom of the wall, which I think looks very stylish (but I would) Grin

In terms of accessories I haven't found any I like yet, but will be avoiding grey because it will be a bit matchy without actually matching. Thinking maybe some dark glass or wood for that Scandi effect!

FYI this pic was my main inspo, but I've so far avoided putting leafy twigs in glass jars :)
