I want this house! How can I persuade DH to move up North??

Me and Dd2 want to move out of London and into the country.

I grew up in Yorkshire so I know this area is gorgeous but DH is complaining about the tiny issue of getting jobs...

How can I persuade him?! Could you commute to Leeds or Manchester from there?

Oh it’s beautiful. And so cheap for so much land! I have a house in the country but it’s actually close to a town. DH is too scared to go more rural, even as a second home. If your DH is more adventurous, do it!

Yes to ilkley (although prices are much higher than other areas locally) and I have a soft spot for Bingley - great train connections to Leeds and Skipton, a couple of coffee shops, and stunning countryside within a few minutes drive. There are some lovely properties too.
Just bought a flat there actually 😂
