Housing benefit question

I'm just trying to find out what benefits i'd still be entitled to and how much if I got a job I want to apply for.

Now according to entitledto.co.uk it says that with a wage of £149 (gross) a week, i'd still be entitled to £41.12 of my £87 weekly rent paid. That sounds too god to be true to me.

Erm don't think so CC, will have a quick look.

On the entitled to site it says that this figure is based on the amount of wtc and ctc i'd be getting but doesn't mention my wages, so not sure it has taken those into account.

here is this ...if you just put in your wages, it should calculate CTC and WTC and HB and Council tax for you

Well according to that it is right but i am a bit confused by the figures they gave at the bottom, as it said that my income inc tax credits would be less than I get it too adding my wageds and tax credits together.

It's for a job inputting data onto a database, making phonecalls etc. It's 26 hours a week, tuesday-friday 9.30-5.

I can't ring about the job until tuesday but if they are interested i will then ring the jobcentre and see if I can go and see someone.

I think I have figured it out. I think that they are taking my childcare expenses out of the final figure as obviously although i get paid childcare I cannot spend it LOL.
