Moving dining table to front room when dressing up home for viewings

We have a fairly large living room (3.5m X 7.5m). Currently we have half of the living room as living area with 2 Sofas and TV. The other half has the dining table and a sideboard. We have a seperate dining room which we use as gym/office room/all other purpose room. We are going to sell our house. My question is should we move the dining table and side board to the official dining room or leave it in the living room please let me know what you think.

Was it a dining room when you bought it? If you still have that listing photo you could put a copy in the office/playroom. We use our dining room as a playroom and wouldn’t have bought if it wasn’t obvious the dining area could go elsewhere.

thank you very much for all the suggestions and comments. We are going to leave the dining table in lounge and convert the dining table to a second lounge/office.
