Looking at this cooker www.johnlewis.com/rangemaster-elise-110-dual-fuel-range-cooker/p231027217?colour=China%20Blue and we want a white worktop. What colour units would work?

Ivory, stone, grey, natural wood, pale green, other pastels, darker blue. I'd think about the natural light in the room as darker colours will impact on it, what other elements may have colour or be neutral for balance - mainly walls and floors really and personal preference.

Might be worth going into JL and looking at sample kitchen doors against the cooker if they have that one on display. It has both stainless steel and black parts so you can do either of those for handles and accessories.

oak units or any other warm mid shade of wood. That is one stunning cooker! Suppose it depends on the style and size of your kitchen too. I'm picturing a large slightly rural style rustic oak kitchen. And I'm really jealous! If your kitchen is more urban and modern then I would still go for a warm wood but in a sleek simplistic modern design obviously. Bet you cannot wait to cook on that!
