DIY Kitchens - Advice Please!

Dear all

I simply love the stuff out there on DIY Kitchens, looking at getting a Linwood kitchen painted in F&B Railings, however the prospect of designing and ordering it all myself makes me really worried i'm going to miss something off!

Does anyone have any tips from past experiences, or common pitfalls to avoid? I'm 99% there on design (having been into another manufacturer and asked them to give me an itemised quote) but I'm still worried I might mess this up!

@starbrightlight Or I am being unrealistic :) Howdens are looking 1K cheaper than DIY while Wren are almost the same. But you are better off not visiting Wren - I found them too pushy (take it from the woman who ended up paying the 10% refundable deposit facepalm) @sdaisy26 I am comparing timber painted units at both places. And DIY are quoting on back of a Howden quote, using their plan/units list, so its as like to like as possible. I have a feeling that I am missing something obvious, as these many people couldn't have got it wrong!
