Just that really. Have seen quite a few properties now but we both really like the house that (ironically!) was the first one we saw, so we're going to do a second viewing on it tomorrow. Am trying to think of what we need to check.
- I've got check size of front garden (sounds random, but we would like ideally to convert this into a second driveway, which I have spoken to planning etc about, and it should be okay provided the garden is big enough to conform to regulations on minimum size).
- Check to see if our current fridge can fit in the space in the kitchen (not a deal breaker if it can't, but we would need to know).
I'm sure there must be a hundred other things we should check, but I'm feeling a bit brain fogged. What other things are good to check on a second viewing?
