Kitchen tap where valves and spout are separate?

In my bath, the valves (I think that's the right word - the bits that you twiddle to control the water flow?) are at one end of the bath, but the spout itself is halfway down the bath. So the valves are where it is convenient for me to reach comfortably, and the spout doesn't dig into my back when I lean back.

Is there anything similar for kitchens taps? Valves separate from spout, so that you can position each in the most convenient place.

I believe they'd be listed as "3-hole taps"

not often seen

I think I last saw them in a pastiche manor house.

I had an idea there was a Bristan , but I was probably thinking of BRSNK C this Bridge tap

T 3 hole taps all seem to be bathroom.

Thank you! Who'd have guessed that 'three hole kitchen tap' would be the correct search term to locate a tap that needs only two holes?!

I see what you mean by pasticheHmm This one, though, is nearly perfect (just an ugly valve, I would prefer a straight rod).

Haven't even looked at the price yet. But I can dream.
