issue with plumbing/outside pipework

I have just moved in to new house and I need to fit gully grids to prevent drains blockage in the future. However I have been advised that all pipes entering gully should terminate below the grid, but above the water line. All the pipework outside the house looks very amateur as per below photos and I was wondering if there is anything I could do to fix it myself or do I need to call a plumber? I cant really see how I can put gully grids with the current setup.

The grey pipe on the first photo is a waste pipe for kitchen sink and washing machine, the white one is dishwasher waste pipe and the black one is guttering.

Both pipes on the second photo are bathroom waste pipes, the black one for shower and the grey one for bath and basin.

Many thanks for your help!

Basically replace those pipes, at least the end section with the right fittings to go downwards and a pipe long enough to go to just below ground level.
Then get some decent strong mesh, metal or good plastic, and cut it to size and holes for the pipes. Then you just wedge it in the right place.
You can do anything yourself but it depends on time and enthusiasm.

I would be happy to give it a go but please can I have more more info/examples what I need to replace existing pipes with?

Measure them all and go to b&q or wickes or even a plumbers merchant at a quiet time.
Have a root through the drainage section and find the appropriate sized connectors at the right angles.
Compression fitting is the easiest but more expensive and uglier, I'd try that if I were you.
You'll probably need a selection of right angles and 135 degree connectors. You might need a short length of pipe to extend them
Take a look on you tube for instructions, eg "compression waste connection" or similar.
