Neff induction hob

Hi - I got a new kitchen last year, and bought a Neff oven and Neff induction hob (90cm). A set of induction-ready pots/pans were sent out with it in an unbranded box which work beautifully. My few Le Creuset and the cast iron casserole dish I have from Sainsbury's Cook's Collection also work well.

The problem is that I can't find another single brand of pots/pans that work, even those that are induction ready and definitely ferromagnetic. I just get a blinking display on the Neff when I try them.
I really want to buy a 20cm pan for Spanish omelettes but I can't find one that works - have tried Tefal, and a few other better makes. I've just tried an old Circulon pan I have and it doesn't work either though the surface area of it is quite big and I understand that can be an issue.

Neff Customer Services were exceptionally unhelpful saying all induction ready cookware should work and they can't recommend a specific brand. And basically it wasn't their problem as the hob works.

Can I ask are any other Neff users encountering this?
What brands of cookware are you using please?

My John Lewis pans (that we got 14 years ago as a wedding present)

Yes ,agree as above ...we have neff 90cm induction and bought all new single pans from John Lewis ...not sure of size but we have a small omelette size all work well

Google Woll pans - they are amazing I recently changed to an induction and only had to change the frying pan, I already had a Woll pan.

The new one is designed for induction and is even better than the old one.

Ah ... I also have a 90cm NEFF induction hob and get this sometimes with a set of green pans I purchased. I've worked out that it's down to pan placement i.e. the pan needs to be in EXACTLY the right position in the heat zone for the blinking to stop. Doesn't happen with my older Meyer pans though, just the green ones. I've got a small fry pan which I can only use on the elongated heat zone bit by placing it 'just so'. It's bloody irritating and didn't happen with a previous 90cm neff induction model I had in my old home. Sigh. You have my sympathies OP.

We have a Neff induction hob that was fitted last year and came with the set of pans. We've found that pans from Ikea work as we got a couple of woks from there.

The neff pans are manufactured by Schulte-ufer. They do have a website with loads of stuff on there so probably worth a look.

Never had a problem with any pan on my Neff induction hob. Pans vary from Le Creuset to Kitchen Aid to an antique copper milk pan to some cheapo non-stick small skillet from Sainsburys.

I DID have problems with a previous induction hob (Japanese brand not sold in the UK) that wouldn't work with smaller pans. Used to drive me nuts!
