Does anyone have maxtop worktops? They're thick quartz layer with like a honeycomb underneath so cheaper than standard quartz. Thinking of getting white ones. Any experiences? Are they a pain to fit? Do they mark easily? Do they maintain their look? Thanks!

We have a maxtop. I am afraid I can't answer many of your questions because ours is new but it does look brilliant and is much heavier than I was expecting. There wasn't an issue with fitting but we don't have any cut outs in ours. Ours hasn't marked yet but, as I say it's very early days. You wouldn't know it wasn't solid quartz, so far we are impressed!

Thanks! I wasn't going to have cut outs either...I don't think you can cos the quartz layer is only 8mm. What colour did you get?

Hi There, you CAN have cut out's in Maxtop Quartz, its a thin layer of Quartz bonded to a light weight honeycombe core. So sink and hob cut outs can easily be done.
Installation is simple and easy, infact Maxtop Quartz is quicker to install than laminate worktops.
They wont mark and easily maintained, giving you busy mums more time with the kids, rather than constantly polishing up your solid surface worktops.
