quote for small building jobs, reasonable or not?

I have asked a builder recommended by a neighbour to quote me for a couple of smallish jobs but have no idea if the quotes are reasonable so any thoughts would be appreciated. I live in London if it's relevant.

The jobs are:
First: retiling the tiles adjacent to a bath as water has got underneath them and they're coming away from the wall. They are large square tiles along the length of the bath and at the tap end of the bath, extending up to a height of 18 inches from the rim of the bath (3 tiles high). So the tiles would be removed and presumably would need a bit of plastering to level underneath and then new tiles installed. No painting required as I have spare paint and could do this myself

Second: scraping off flaking paint on 3 exterior window sills (only the masonry part below the wood, the window frames are fine) and repainting. Possibly a bit of remedial work to the masonry as some of it's a bit crumbly - not sure what this is called!

The builder has estimated the 2 jobs would take him 2-3 days in total and quoted £600-650 in total for labour and £150-£180 additional for materials. I have no idea whether this is reasonable or not, has anyone had similar work done?

200ish pounds a day sounds reasonable to me. Not sure how much materials would be but what he has doesn't sound too far out what I would guesstimate!

Thanks Mini. Maybe I should accept the quote then. I wanted to get another builder to quote but they all seem to be on holiday in August and I would like the work done this month while DC1 is away as he is the main user of this bathroom.
