Has anyone used Mister Marble for quartz, granite or marble worktops? They're a much cheaper way to source these products than going through my kitchen showroom bit I'd really like to hear from someone who has used them. Thanks

Yes we had ours from there about 8 years ago, it’s the Quartz with sparkle in and has been great, lasted well and was half the price of other places.

if youre in the north west, I can recommend prestige granite....Was 1k less than mr marble even!

We used them earlier this year. They were the cheapest by for star galaxy we found anywhere. They come to the house with three massive blocks of granite on the back of a pick up truck and then set about cutting them to shape. They even left the leftover block in our garage as they said we’d paid for them them. No idea what we’ll ove use it for! You pay them after they’re finished and you’re happy with everything. It’s been 10 month since we have our worktops installed and we’re still happy with them.

Sunny shores- we are going with the base and wall units in Fog and the island in Charcoal. The £3k saving we made by going with Mr Marble for worktops meant I could spend money on the custom colour instead!

We used them for our last kitchen and were absolutely thrilled with them and the worktop. I still miss it now and regularly wonder if I could justify getting rid of the off white worktop in our new build house and getting them to replace it with their pure white!
A tip for cleaning pale worktops is to use Hob Brite (bright orange bottle - about £2 from the supermarket) about once a week to clean the whole surface, and Astonish paste (again, about £2 from Lakeland) on any stains. This was a tip given to me by the fitters themselves (although I’d already been using Hob Brite on another stone worktop for years). They did also say that NOTHING would lift curry stains though!
