This I wouldn't normally be alarmed about - but the EA said their solicitor advised it. Why would this be? Should we be concerned?

My Buyers have been to see it about 10 times in all. l don't mind because they are getting on and it's a big decision to move at their time of life .

Agree, we saw our new home three times before we completed, two of those after our offer was accepted. Still didn't find all the damp in the kitchen that was only visible once all the old kitchen cabinets were removed, but we did get enough info to be very clear about the plans we wanted our architect to draw up.
