Replacing a kitchen sink

I have an old sink and mixer tap that I want to put into my kitchen to replace the existing one. I have measured up and the replacement is slightly larger than the existing one, but I think it will fit in the cabinet, and obviously the worktop may need to be cut to fit it.

So my question is, who do I get to do the work?

The work to do is:
Adjust worktop opening
Fit sink
Replace mixer tap

Would a plumber do the whole thing? Do I need to get a joiner to do the worktop adjustment?

I'd appreciate any knowledgeable advice.

My plumber would be able to do the worktop adjustment as well as fitting the sink and taps.
He may well offer to decorate the kitchen for me too but he is a bit special.
I would imagine most plumbers could/would be more than capable of doing that work, in the same way that a lot of plumbers do tiling which is not really a plumbing job.

Thanks Wingedharpy. Your plumber does sound fantastic! Now all I need to do is find a plumber!
