DIY Kitchens - which interior did you go for?

I'm looking at DIY Kitchens for my utility room and have seen some lovely photos on another thread. So would you mind telling me which interior you went for? I may be wrong, but I recall from somewhere that if you choose a different interior to the outside then sometimes you can see a thin part of this if you look closely? I'm interested in Stanbury Light Grey and when I sent off my spec for them to do the quote, they chose the same colour interior and although I would prefer an oak effect I'm worried that I'll be able to see this from the outside. Thanks for your help.

If you went for an inframe kitchen instead that would be better for the oak cabinet - otherwise you will see the oak with the Stanbury as it's a lay on door. The only option to counteract this would be to have additional front edge put on - but this could then come off - so isn't really worth the effort !

I'm confused! Doesn't a lay on door cover the whole front of the a
Cabinet so you just need an end panel in door colour if an end is expired? Or have I got that wrong?

Ha! If an end is exposed that should read!!

ask them if they will do a 2 tone carcass
oak inside and light grey edging strip
it looks nice we have done bright yellow internals with white edges

You can't really see the interior, there is a few mm gap but it tends to cast a shadow. Unless you had a major contrast like black doors and white interior.

Thanks for your comments. I've chosen the Stanbury because it's the most similar to our kitchen (which we are having made bespoke by a local kitchen company). I see what you mean about a lay-on door as opposed to an in-frame one, so I'll make sure I choose the same (or similar) interior.
