Just that really, would you be worried?
I can't help fear the worst as we've been let down 3 times already Sad

Monday's ages away, if she was thinking about offering on somewhere else then she'd want the viewing earlier than that...

Hi. We had our 1st viewing. Then took the kids on a 2nd viewing. We exchanged today & complete on Friday but I did go for another viewing last wk to take measurements for curtains. Xx

m0therofdragons · 05/07/2017 22:50

I'm viewing the house we're buying tomorrow so we can measure a couple of things and dc can finalise their rooms (see it again so they can remember what it's like as they've not seen it for 6 weeks), see how heating works and a couple of other things. We're a week before exchanging too. The other thought was you buy as is at exchange so it wouldn't hurt for them to have a thorough clean now and we can check they've not totally trashed the place but I doubt they would, they seem decent.

If she's an experienced buyer she may want to have a last check before exchange, like someone else mentioned, in case anything happened between viewing and exchange (e.g. leak) as she would still need to purchase or lose her deposit. When I finally manage to buy something... I will ask for a final viewing just before exchange just for that reason, and take pictures too.

My buyer came for a second viewing with some friends just to get advice on furniture etc (I'm sure that if they had spotted something majorly wrong he would have pulled out, but the survey would have shown that anyway).

I think a buyer would be unlikely to wait until after committing money (survey, solicitor etc) to have a second viewing just to make sure they still want to buy the house.

we went back to see our flat close to completion as we'd only viewed it once before 'winning' it with a sealed bid. it had been a few months and we wanted to check measurements and ask the owner a few questions about the boiler, carpark etc as only an agent was present at the open house viewing. don't be worried, i'm sure it will be fine!

Thanks all
I've rang the EA about something else and she mentioned how keen buyer is and that she can't wait to have it, so looks like I was worrying all for nothing, it's also prompted me to actually view the house were buying for a second time too.
