AIBU to say no to another visit from buyer

We've exchanged on our house and are completing soon. Our buyer viewed the house three times before making an offer (which was fine; we were having lots of viewings at the time). In addition to the survey the buyer has also had several tradesmen visit the house to assess various things - also fine if a bit of a pain. I work from home and all the tidying etc falls on me to sort out. It was very disruptive.

Having visited in person a fourth time recently with the estate agent to measure up for furniture, they're now asking to do a further visit this week.(On the last occasion I don't know how long they stayed but I told them to take as long as they liked.) We've started packing up our house so the place is a mess. I've already offered to measure any spaces they'd missed or to double check dimensions if they'd found furniture they wanted to buy. Is it reasonable to say no to a fifth visit in the circumstances? They'll own it in a few weeks!

Yes that's reasonable - really unusual to visit so often!

You've already exchanged? They can wait. Just say you would appreciate no further disruption now.

I wouldn't mind. I would let them do what they want to do but definitely wouldn't bother tidying or anything.

Oh good, I was feeling mean.

JoJo I work from home so I'll have to take a morning off - it's not just the tidying. But, for instance, we've taken everything out of the attic and it's piled on our bedroom floor, along with several tons of dust and crap that I can't hoover. It will be fine - we're having the place cleaned before they get the keys - but I think it would panic them. Also, I don't want to put anything back in the attic. Getting it out was bad enough.

They're probably packing too and their place is a tip... However, if you really, really don't feel comfortable than decline.
