Thinking of Renewing My Kitchen, What Permissions Might We Need?

Hi, I wonder if you could advise me on any new rules and regulations we might have to adhere to. As the title says we're thinking of renewing our kitchen at some point - new cupboards/drawers, worktops and tiling and hopefully stretch to some decent flooring (hoping we can afford Karndean). The appliances (washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, gas cooker and dishwasher) are all freestanding and I'd like to keep it that way, easier to clean and maintain. Our house is mid terrace and the kitchen has floor to ceiling french doors opening onto the garden. Do we need a party wall agreement or anything if we're only replacing like for like fixtures etc, do building regs need to inspect anything?. Our present kitchen is about 15 years old and with family life, it's showing signs of wear and tear. As an afterthought, I also wondered if anyone has any experience with a company/franchise called Dream Doors - are they any good?
TIA

Hi if you are not doing any actual building work/structural you don't need any approvals/party wall agreement if you having some new electrics/gas work done you will need this work to be carried out by qualified trades.
Sorry don't know anything about dream doors.

I know about dream doors and my local franchiser is excellent. I think it depends on the franchiser.

I am not using them myself but I know someone who works for them and they think Dream Doors are really good. It is a really close friend so they would be honest with me

Thanks very much for your replies, that's really helpful. There shouldn't be any structural work and it's all internal. Replacing the cupboards, drawers and worktops which are showing signs of wear & tear - I've used super glue in a couple of areas on where the vinyl type veneer has peeled back. Then the floor has become a bit creaky in one area so needs looking at. I've seen an advert for Dream doors because apparently they can replace all the cosmetic parts like that, together with tiling & worktops etc in just a few days. I think I'll call them to come around and quote. Many thanks.
