Is it important to put a house on the market before the Easter weekend?

It just seems an important weekend really I dunno why...

It can't be sold as a bedroom...but that doesn't stop me putting a bed in it, or does it?

The sewing room lends itself to a dining room given its proximity to the kitchen & given it's a decent size maybe you could include a couch and a chill area providing it doesnt look too busy. Put out key furniture and remove surplus. But you'd really need to think this through as it is good to sell a life style. The gym/office could defo be another bedroom as there's a loo next door. Have a chat to estate rooms and see what they think.

The loo is off the Sewing room rather than the gym.

Oh I don't know so confused

There are double doors between the lounge and the gym/office I think a bed in there might be more over looked than one off in the corner of the larger room
