Just that really!
Had a viewer yesterday that was actually going through my draws! Someone please tell me this is wrong and INBU, she also put an offer in to my face and rang the EA whilst I was sat next to her ShockBlush

It's fine to check the doors of items that are built-in, but a simple, "do you mind if I open the doors?" would have been in order I think. It is etiquette, as your title suggests.

I'd rather that, than someone having a cursory ten minute look around, when I had made the effort to clean and tidy for a viewing. Thorough is better!

It's the not asking I had the problem with I was just taken aback, she also asked me was I leaving my rug!? Hmm which I thought was a strange one to ask, curtain poles curtains light fittings etc granted but a rug? Grin I couldn't help but laugh. Call me an amateur at all this selling houses business

A rug! Ha. That did make me laugh. Bless her. If she puts in a good offer, let her have it :-)

I did tell her that! Grin she also did put in a very good offer that we have accepted! So I'll let her have the rug haha
