Would you buy an upside down house?

I'm about to put an offer in on an upside down house. Living space upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. Great views from upstairs. Access to garden from downstairs.
If I came to sell it, would it put people off?
I'm thinking of putting a balcony outside one of the upstairs rooms, so my mind is racing ahead!

Thanks so much for all your replies. You've all been do thoughtful. I've decided to go ahead because I have a bit of spare cash for a balcony, which would give us great views.

What security risk am I missing about having a bedroom on the ground floor? Windows can be lock latched, gardens secured with lights, if anything it's more secure as how many opportunistic break in happen when people are asleep upstairs. They would be very put off entering where people are sleeping.

Our house is mixed up oddly too. We have a big living kitchen, three bedrooms, and a family bathroom and cloakroom upstairs, with a big patio and parking on that level. Our sitting room and guest bedroom with en suite shower room is downstairs. And we have fab views from upstairs, with a bit less of a view downstairs as its on a hill, but it doesn't matter as we mainly use the room in the evening after dark. Access to the garden on both levels. It may not be conventional but it has worked for us for almost 20 years and none of the houses with similar configurations either side of us has come on the market for 10 years or more, which suggests people like the layout.

We lived in a sort-of upside down house.
You went through the front door into a hallway and then there where bedrooms, bathroom and garage.
First floor was the sitting room with fantastic views/balcony, kitchen, dining etc on one side of the house more bedroom/bathroom. Then a 2nd floor with more rooms.
I loved it but was a PITA with shopping! There were also quiet a few hallways so house felt disconnected.

I was brought up in an upside down house. Was upside down for the views. I absolutely hated it. Everyone that came round had to walk past my bedroom to get to the main living areas and I felt like I had minimal privacy in the evening as a teenager when my parents had guests round& I didn't want to see in my pjs, ended up holding in lots of toilet trips to avoid seeing anyone until they'd left haha. I wouldn't buy one myself. That said I think my parents didn't seem to mind and still live there.
