£60k for a loft conversion???? +++

So we've been quoted this for a standard loft conversion plus £15k per dormer window we might want to add on. Our loft isn't at all massive. It would be a good double bed with small shower ensuite.

We live in Bucks.

Is this reasonable? I'm shocked.

We spent 70k on ours just for the shell, 2 velux windows and 2 patio doors. After the bathroom (which dh did himself) and flooring, fitted furniture etc etc it was around 130k all in. North west area.

We spent around £60k in the South East, just before Covid. Includes 3 large windows exterior cladding, en suite, air conditioning and decoration. Some of these quotes seem very cheap!

we absolutely made the money back when we sold earlier this year.
