Any advice as to the best approach? I want fitted furniture that encompasses a WC abs basin. A p shaped bath, towel rail, white tiles. Nothing too exciting.

Interesting as we are trying the property development company route and are currently waiting for a quote. They might be doing our kitchen which involves some structural stuff so we've asked them to price up the bathroom too.

I also got a recommendation from another tradesman re. a plumber who is coming tonight to quote. I think from the off I'm going to say we will be getting most of the fixtures and maybe then we can get a lower quote. Honestly everyone is so busy!! I think this is why no one so far has really needed to be competitive.

I really liked that VictoriaPlumb site as the prices were good plus it had reviews.
