What time of day did you complete?

I really want to make sure I don't see our buyers as they are utter turds and I might say something I regret.
I've already left keys with the Estate agents so that isn't a problem.

We're moving out over two days so hoping the movers can get the last of our stuff out reasonably promptly the second day (day of completion).

If you're at the top of the chain, can you rearrange your movers so that you leave the day before completion?

You can never really plan for these things as, whatever your solicitor says, you're reliant on others in the chain to all do the same thing.

Hence why we had the completing on Monday instead of Friday nonsense. And even then, our vendors were still in because their removals guys screwed up and sent the wrong van.

I think you just have to plan as best as you can but be prepared for it going wrong!
