Am now looking at new builds, if I wanted to even up the room sizes is it expensive to move an internal wall ?
Thank you

No. Cheap as chips. Slightly more expensive if there are plumbing (radiators) or elecs to move.

Mope literally just the wall, that's great news then. Why they don't make the room sizes more even I don't know but hey ho
Thank you

I think it is assumed that a big master bedroom sells a house better.

It's cheap as chips if it is a stud wall, it's messy, expensive and you'll need structural engineer calculations/building regs approval if it is a load bearing one.

Yes, sorry. I had assumed that because it was upstairs in a new build that it was a stud wall. Give it a tap. If it sounds hollow it is a stud wall.

It'll be a stud wall, it's a new build I'm pretty sure I could whip up a new one from paper mache in my lunch hour ☺️
