Temporary bathroom floor in rental property?

Further to my previous thread about rusty radiators (I'm waiting for the landlord to get back to me to say I can paint them), I'm wondering if there's something cheap and temporary I can put down on the bathroom floor?

At the moment it's rough pale blue-gone-dirty colour, sort of speckled and horrible to walk on, like cement but rough/bumpy.

Would I be able to lay lino tiles on top without sticking them down? I don't have a lot of money available, so need a cheap solution.

You can roll out some vinyl over it.

get a vinyl offcut for a few quid.

Unfortunately I don't have a car to transport it in.

Unless your bathroom is huge it shouldn't be too heavy?

I am getting a vinyl off cut delivered to my flat. And fitted for £70. What is gauling us that the off cut itself is £60.

A cheaper solution might be to get a bath mat which you can take with you.

I'd second the vinyl offcut suggestion. I used to do this year's ago to improve the bathrooms in my various student/ trainee "digs". I used to go to marker stalls. Unless the bathroom is large, it's quite possible to carry it if it's rolled.

No it's not very big. I don't think a bath mat would be big enough though!
